Excellent company. Offered the best package for multifuel stove at a good price. The shop staff were helpful and informative and after sales remain helpful and polite. Fitting was done promptly within 2 weeks of survey and the fitters were efficient and tidy. Contacted stove manufacturers to register my fire but was told 10 year guarantee in place as long as I keep the receipt and recommend chimney swept annually.Can't fault this company and highly recommend. The fire has completed my cottage.

It was clearly explained how the job could be completed to our satisfaction.The sales team are very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions.Paul, Lewis, Ty and the plasterer completed this job today, they are tidy, clean and very organised!They were recommended to us from our friends. We will also be recommending them! A Fabulous team…..Highly Qualified Workmen 👍

We went in to store and chose the gas fire, wooden beam, slate hearth and background all within around half an hour.Paul and his colleague who came to do the work were both excellent. They were very quick (start to finish took just over a day, inc building the media wall/chimney breast), although they didn’t rush, they clearly just really knew what they were doing. They also took time to ensure the existing gas fitting we had protruding was changed and neatly hidden in the wall, as well as putting in a little shelf behind the TV which neatly houses our Sky box and Blu-Ray player.I’d definitely recommend these guys and already have done to a friend.We’re yet to paint our skirting boards but I’ve included before and after photos.

Probably the cleanest tradesman I've ever seen too! Would deffo recommend to anyone!

We purchased two wood burners from Fires and Stoves they were simply brilliant from start to finish. When visiting show room they listened to what we wanted and then suggested what best fitted our needs. This was NOT the most expensive option which was refreshing. No hard sell simply informed, honest suggetion. They were always available if we had any questions. When it come to fitting the lads who did the job were brilliant very professional and happy to answer any queries. We are absolutely made up with the wood burners and would have no hesitation to recommending Fires and Stoves Chester.
